The workflow of the bag making machine mainly includes the following steps
1. Raw material preparation and feeding
Raw material selection: Select suitable plastic film or paper as raw material according to production requirements. These raw materials are usually provided in roll form.
Installation of raw materials: Install the roll raw materials on the feeding roller of the bag making machine to ensure that the raw materials are flat and wrinkle-free.
Tension adjustment: The tension of the raw materials is adjusted by the tension control system to keep them in a proper tight state during processing to avoid relaxation or excessive stretching.
2. Heating and forming
Preheating treatment: The raw materials are preheated by a heating device (such as an electric heating wire or a hot air system) to soften them and have a certain plasticity.
Forming mold: The softened raw materials pass through the forming mold to form the required bag shape. Common bag types include flat bags, self-sealing bags, zipper bags, etc.
3. Sealing and cutting
Sealing treatment: The formed film bag is sealed by a sealing device (such as a heat sealing knife or an ultrasonic sealer). The sealing device heats the bag mouth to fuse the plastic together to form a firm seal.
Cutting operation: The sealed continuous film bag is cut into individual finished bags by the cutting device. The cutting accuracy and position need to be adjusted according to production needs.
IV. Cooling and output
Cooling treatment: The sealed bag is quickly cooled by the cooling device to fix the seal and avoid deformation.
Finished product output: The cooled finished bag is output through the conveyor belt to complete the entire production process.
V. Monitoring and adjustment
Operation monitoring: During the production process, the operator needs to closely monitor the operating status of the equipment, especially the heating temperature, sealing quality and cutting accuracy.
Parameter adjustment: If any abnormality is found, the operator needs to make adjustments in time. For example, if the seal is not firm, the sealing temperature can be appropriately increased or the sealing time can be extended.
VI. Shutdown and maintenance
Shutdown operation: After the production is completed, turn off the power and stop the bag making machine.
Equipment cleaning: Clean the residue on the equipment and keep the equipment clean.
Maintenance: Regularly perform equipment maintenance, including checking and replacing worn parts (such as sealing knives and cutting blades), and lubricating moving parts, etc., to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
