Structural Features Of Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine

1. Unloading device:

• Paper roll bearing structure: used to place the roll paper to be processed, usually with a certain bearing capacity and stability to ensure that the paper roll can be smoothly unrolled. Some unloading devices adopt an air shaft structure to facilitate the installation and fixation of the paper roll, and can adapt to paper rolls of different inner diameters. For example, the air shaft of some large square bottom paper bag machines can withstand paper rolls with larger diameters and weights to ensure the smooth unloading process.

• Tension control component: The function of this component is to keep the tension of the paper stable during the unloading process. Generally, through the automatic unloading constant tension control system, the tension of the paper is monitored in real time by the sensor. When the tension fluctuates, the unloading speed is adjusted by the motor or other drive device to ensure that the paper is always in a suitable tension state. This is very important for subsequent processing procedures such as printing, gluing, molding, etc., which can ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of the paper bag.

2. Gluing device:

• Gluing components: Gluing components are the core part of the gluing device, and common ones include gluing discs, gluing rollers, etc. The glue coating disc is usually provided with a limit groove for fixing the glue coating material (such as glue coating tape), and the glue coating roller evenly applies the glue on the paper by rotating. Some advanced glue coating devices are also equipped with a scraper to scrape off the excess glue on the surface of the glue coating component to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the glue coating.

• Glue supply system: responsible for providing glue to the glue coating component, including glue storage tank, delivery pipeline, pump, etc. The glue storage tank is used to store the glue, and the pump delivers the glue to the glue coating component through the delivery pipeline to ensure the continuous supply of glue. In order to ensure the quality and fluidity of the glue, the glue supply system may also be equipped with heating, stirring and other functions.

3. Forming device:

• Folding mechanism: fold the glued paper according to the predetermined position and direction to form the side and bottom shape of the paper bag. The folding mechanism is usually composed of a series of folding plates, guide plates, rollers, etc. Through precise design and adjustment, the paper can be accurately folded into the required shape. For example, for square bottom paper bags, the bottom of the paper needs to be folded into a square, which requires a special bottom folding mechanism to complete.

• Forming mold: used to further shape and shape the folded paper to ensure that the shape and size of the paper bag meet the requirements. The shape and size of the forming mold are determined according to the specifications and design of the paper bag. It is generally made of high-strength metal materials with good wear resistance and precision.

4. Trimming device:

• Cutting tool: used to cut continuous paper into individual paper bags. The cutting tool usually uses a sharp blade to complete the cutting work quickly and accurately. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of cutting, some square bottom paper bag machines also use rotary cutting tools or laser cutting technology.

• Positioning system: To ensure that the cutting tool can accurately cut on the paper, a positioning system is required. The positioning system is usually composed of photoelectric sensors, encoders, etc., which can monitor the position and movement speed of the paper in real time, and feed back the signal to the control system to control the action of the cutting tool.

5. Receiving device:

• Conveying mechanism: conveys the formed paper bags to the receiving position, generally using conveyor belts, chains and other conveying methods. The conveying mechanism needs to have a stable conveying capacity and accurate conveying speed to ensure that the paper bags can reach the receiving position smoothly.

• Receiving platform: used to collect and organize the cut paper bags for subsequent packaging and transportation. The design of the receiving platform should be convenient for operators to operate, and at the same time ensure that the paper bags are neatly placed and collected.

6. Control system:

• Electrical control system: including PLC (programmable logic controller), touch screen, sensor, motor driver and other electrical components. PLC is the core of the control system, responsible for controlling and managing the operation of the entire square bottom paper bag machine, and the touch screen provides a human-computer interaction interface, which is convenient for operators to set parameters, monitor the operating status of the equipment and other operations.

• Pneumatic control system: If the square bottom paper bag machine involves some parts that require pneumatic drive, such as cylinders, pneumatic valves, etc., it is necessary to equip a pneumatic control system. The pneumatic control system provides power to these components through compressed air to achieve corresponding actions, such as clamping and pushing of paper.
